Ben & Jerry’s Flavor of the Week: Vanilla Toffee Crunch
I figure it’s only fair that out of every three flavors we try, Courtney gets to pick out one. He’s taking on half the responsibility as a taster after all… in fact probably more than half the responsibility! For his first pick, he chose this vanilla toffee crunch.
It’s a simple concept, really. Vanilla ice cream with Heath bars. How can you go wrong? Well, with completely mediocre ice cream, that’s how. This is now the second flavor in a row that I thought tasted straight up chemically. No creamy, rich vanilla goodness here. The toffee pieces are good, I’ll give ’em that. But the ice cream? No thanks!
