Global Cuisine 2017, Month 4: A Recap

51 down, 144 to go

Only 144 countries to go!  What actually alarms me about this is that we’re somehow already 1/3 of the way through the year. How did that happen?!  I think it’s looking likely that we might have to extend this journey a bit – I can’t possibly cook any more than I have been, or eat any more than I have been for that matter!  But hey –  it’ll be like those extra few days you always want at the end of a vacation!  Anyways, April was a tasty month chock full of dinner parties and potlucks; from my first Seder, to our Diversity & Inclusion Committee potluck, to the Messy Kitchen’s inaugural supper club, to Sunday’s IBU pairing dinner… which I’ll tell you about soon!  It’s been delicious and so much fun, and it’s hard to choose favorites… but here goes:

This month we went to: Canada, Czech Republic, Iran, Israel, Lithuania, Poland, Republic of Congo, Samoa, Sri Lanka, Syria, and Yemen.

Top 5 Recipes:
