The Annual Mother’s Day Feast Tradition Continues

Aside from Thanksgiving, I think Mother’s Day has been the holiday that I’ve most consistently cooked a special, multi-course meal.  Or I should say prepared, rather, as this Mother’s Day the meal was all raw and vegan (with the exception of some toasted chickpeas) in honor of all the animal mamas out there.  After all she has done for me over the years I know I owe her a lot more than a simple meal, but I’m lucky to have a Mom who enjoys nothing more than sitting down to a special dinner with her family.  And it’s something we all really enjoy.  Here’s a sneak peak of this year’s vegan feast. Keep an eye out for the recipes in the days to come!
