Whole30, Day 13

According to the Whole30 Timeline I should be feeling:  Boundless energy, now give me a Twinkie!  Your energy levels are better than normal, but your craving and even dreaming about your old  comfort foods.

How I’m feeling:  Quite the opposite.  I was exhausted today, actually.

Pre-workout snack: 1/2 banana

Breakfast: Orange coconut omelette and a power green salad with almond butter balsamic

 Snack: Boiled egg and some fruit samples from the grocery store

Dinner: Pastelón (Puerto Rican lasagna with fried plantains as noodles!) and a salad with almond butter balsamic
